Both contain 100% w/v extra virgin olive oil which acts as a wax softener.
This is very pure and should leave no deposits in the ear canal.
It softens the wax in the external part of the ear naturally which can then be syringed after 3-4 days of regular use.
For patients who develop hardened wax on a regular basis, applying one or two drops each week can keep the wax soft enough to stop further hardening or syringing of the ear wax.
